Single-wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line/pipe Extruder,plastic pipe extruder machine

The line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugated pipe in PE, PVC and PP raw meterial, molding corrugated pipe with smooth inside and outside surface, and even ripple are one time by corresponding die, used as electricity pipe, washing machine drain pipe, dust collector pipe and ventiduct, ect. Small size corrugated pipe of 4-6.7mm are used in car.

1)Plastic Power Charger: This machine can be used with all kinds of extruders, It can automatically carry plastic powder into the hopper of extruder by means of a controller of material level, it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.

2)Extruder: This series extruders are mainly used in plasticizing, extruding and forming pipes. Our extruders working condition is perfect and can work day and night. Also need just 1-2 workers to operate it. Save your cost greatly.

3)Moulding Machine: This unit adopts excellent steel modules, through heat processing, good wearbility and high reliability, which ensures the hardness and precision of the modules; together with special gears make the modules more stable in performance.

4)Pipe-expanding Machine : This machine is applicable to plastic pipe expanding by horizontal inserting, it adopts translation. The action is steady and correct. It does not damage pipes. It can also be used as a stacker. It can be either equipped with production line or operated separately.

5)Air Cooling Unit: This machine is mainly used for cooling plastic molds and oil tanks of infusion machine. Rapid cooling may greatly shorten work recycle time so that productivity and quality of plastic product can be increased. 6)Air Compressor: Air compressor(air compressing machine, screw compressor) is using imported airend made in Germany. Our air compressor is full automatic controlled by PLC. Reliable and stable quality can assure all the customers using it in various industries .

7)Winder: It adopts automatically winding. Adjusting winding speed and winding method. It has two disk for continuous winding. The machine structure is compact. Its automaticity is high, its appearance is beautiful and its operation is convenient.
