Drip Irrigation Production Line/pipe Extruder,plastic pipe extruder machine

  The drip irrigation belt extrusion line is an ideal piece of water-saving irrigation equipment. Specially used to produce water-saving irrigation belts used in agriculture to save energy and increase yield, the machine's finished products play an important role in reducing water loss during the process of transporting water from the water source to fields.

This production line is an environmentally-friendly set of equipment consisting of:

1)Automatic Feeder:This unit is used to realize the airflow conveying of granulated resin by means of the technology of low vacuum. It can automatically carry materials into the hopper of extruder by means of a controller of material level, it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.

2)Dryer:The line is composed of the STG-U series hopper plastic dryer. This series dryers can save energy by 27-65%, can avoid a second wet of granulated plastics after drying when directly linking the material inlet of the molding machine. Great in drying ability, and it can increase projecting speed rate. The quality of finished products can be improved.

3)Extruder:This line is composed of the SJ series single screw extruder. This series extruder is developed with German technology. Screw is separate type with mixing part. Barrel is grooved feed type with lengthened feeding part. It has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.

4)Mould:We used the domestic advanced molding device, which makes the space of the inlet and outlet of the drip irrigation belt libyrinth stable, so as to assure the evenness and conformity of the dripping quantity.

5)Haul-off Unit:We uses the coupling (or crawler) hauling. The whole traction process uses frequency control. The production line is stable during the producing process.

6)Coiling Unit:It used double-stage center coiling, which makes the operation flexible. It’s equipped with electric length-counting device which can measure accurately.

7)Electric Control Unit:Temperature is adjusted by temperature control meter to realize PLD control.
