Double-wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line/pipe Extruder,plastic pipe extruder machine

This production line is fully computer controlled, automatic(200-600)HDPE/PVC corrugated pipe production line. According to material properties, you can choose high efficient single-screw extruder for HDPE. You can choose conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin donwnstream equipments for PVC. The forming system of this line consists of mould and corrougator, The mould blocks can be easily changed and they may have air or water cooling system. The belling process can also be cutting machine. The production line can also be equipement with company logic control system.

Double-wall corrugated pipe production line includes:

1)Vibrosieve: It is small in volume, compact, dustless, noise-free, high output, low in energy consumption, easy to move and easy to maintain.

2)High Speed Mixer: The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way. It can be equipped with pulse dust catching device. Both the blades and belt wheel have been specially treated through dynamic balancing machine. Material feeding could be done by vacuum loader or screw loader.

3)Plastic Power Charger: This machine can be used with all kinds of extruders, It can automatically carry plastic powder into the hopper of extruder by means of a controller of material level, it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.

4)Extruder: This series extruders are mainly used in plasticizing, extruding and forming pipes. Our extruders working condition is perfect and can work day and night. Also need just 1-2 workers to operate it. Save your cost greatly.

5)Mould: The mould shortens the injection cycle time, reduces the oil and power consumption. The mould is more safety and more environment-friendly, contributing to the directly increasing of the production efficiency by 20%.

6)Pipe-expanding Machine : This machine is applicable to plastic pipe expanding by horizontal inserting, it adopts translation. The action is steady and correct. It does not damage pipes. As a dual-purpose machine, it can also be used as a stacker. It can be either equipped with production line or operated separately.

7)Cold Water Machine: This machine is mainly used for cooling plastic molds and oil tanks of infusion machine. Rapid cooling may greatly shorten work recycle time so that productivity and quality of plastic product can be increased. It has characteristics as high automation, compact structure, fine appearance, power saving and convenient using.

8)Air Compressor: Air compressor(air compressing machine, screw compressor) is using imported airend made in Germany. Our air compressor is full automatic controlled by PLC. Reliable and stable quality can assure all the customers using it in various industries .

9)Stacker:The stacker is an important unit in the pipe production line, which is used to stacking pipes. It is automatically controlled by computer, so it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.
