HDPE pipe production line includes:

1)Automatic Feeder: This machine can be used with all kinds of extruders, It can automatically carry plastic powder into the hopper of extruder by means of a controller of material level, it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.

2)Extruder:  This series extruder is developed with German technology. Screw is separate type with mixing part. Barrel is grooved feed type with lengthened feeding part. This single screw extruder is mainly used to process PP, PE, PVC, ABS and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can manufacture profiles, sheets, granulations and other plastic products. It has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.

3)Mould: The mould shortens the injection cycle time, reduces the oil and power consumption. The mould is more safety and more environment-friendly, contributing to the directly increasing of the production efficiency by 20%.

4)Vacuum Calibration Tank: This vacuum calibrator is one of assistant machines in plastic pipe production line. It is used to make material from extruder shape and cool down. Our vacuum calibrators are characterized of duplex water filter system, optimized vacuum controller, thus pipes can be cooled evenly.

5)Printer: It can print on surface of tubes, cables , rubber, plastic pipes and strips. It is especially suitable for printing marks on plastic pipes in construction industry.

6)Haul-off and Cutter: The machine can be used for hauling and cutting of profiles and pipes.The haul-off units can be designed in double-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, etc. The claw has independent moving system and the clipping power is controlled by air pressure. The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.

We offer planetary saws for HDPE pipes cutting. The saws are made in platinum steel. Different clipping system is used for different sizes of pipes to guarantee the stability of pipe cutting.

7)Stacker: The stacker is an important unit in the pipe production line, which is used to stacking pipes. It is automatically controlled by computer, so it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.
