GF series plastic pipe production is mainly used in the manufacture of PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional pluming, cable laying etc. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, cutter, stacker or belling machine etc. The extruder and haul-off adopt the imported A/C inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products. The drawing machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type...etc. Sawing cutting or planet cutting can be applied. It is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer foam pipe...etc, it can produce PVC pipe of other material.

PVC pipe production line includes:

1)Plastic Powder Loader: This machine can be used with all kinds of extruders, It can automatically carry plastic powder into the hopper of extruder by means of a controller of material level, it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.

2)Extruder: The line is composed of the single screw extruder or conical twin-screw extruder. This series extruders are mainly used in plasticizing, extruding and forming PVC pipe. Our extruders working condition is perfect and can work day and night. Also need just 1-2 workers to operate it. Save your cost greatly.

3)Mould: The mould shortens the injection cycle time, reduces the oil and power consumption. It is more safety and more environment-friendly, contributing to the directly increasing of the production efficiency by 20%.

4)Vacuum Calibration Tank : Using high vacuum sizing technology and spray water tank, improve the yield of pipes, satisfy the need of high-speed production.

5)Haul-off and Cutter: The machine can be used for hauling and cutting of profiles and pipes. The haul-off units can be designed in double-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, etc. The claw has independent moving system and the clipping power is controlled by air pressure. Made in good materials and can be durable.

We offer planetary saws for PVC pipes cutting. The saws are made in platinum steel. Different clipping system is used for different sizes of pipes to guarantee the stability of pipe cutting.

6)Stacker: The stacker is an important unit in the pipe production line, which is used to stacking pipes. It is automatically controlled by computer, so it can save your labour, and realize the effect of safety and reliability.
