Brief Introduction of PE Profile Extrusion Line
Products for landscape, decking, fencing, wall panel, pallet, partition board, cover of door or window, etc..
PE, PP and wood panel plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses SJZ92 conical twin-screw extruder with DC motor, imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance, which provide wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.
The down stream equipment includesvacuum calibration and cooling unit,hauloff unit, cutting machine and stacker.The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
The haul-off unit uses two lines of caterpillar.The lower one is fixed and the upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size.
The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting. The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage.
Automatic loader:it automatically carry plastics powder into the hopper of molding machine by means of a controller of material level.
SJZ51, SJZ65 conical twin screw extruder:When the screws rotate in the cylinder,pushing the mixture materials to head after plasticizing, achieving the purpose of compaction, melting, mixed refine homogenization, exhaust and dewatering.
3.Mould and calibrating:For materials compaction, melting, mixed refine homogenization, then there is follow-up materials pushing to the die head by screws.
4.Vacuum calibrating cooling machine: uses in the calibration and cooling of profiles. There installs vacuum system and water circulation system for calibrating and cooling.
5.Haul off machine:take the cooled and hardened profiles out continuously andautomatically by frequency control of speed.
6.Synchro cutter:automatic cutting according to the position switches and length control, delay turning the stacker, flowline production.
7.Tipping stacker:The turn material movement of the stacker achieves by the cylinder through the gas path control.
