Absorbing the world advanced technology, our company has successfully developed this production line suitable to produce small profiles. The production line consists of single screw extruder, vacuum calibrating platform, haul-off, cutting machine, stacker, etc. It has the outstanding advantages of good plasticization, high output and low power consumption. The frequency inverter of the main machine is imported famous brand; the temperature controller is Japan RKC or FUJI brand. The vacuum pump and motor of haul-off are excellent products, which are easy to maintenance.

Raw material mixing: Putting PE,PP,PVE, stuffing, stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary material into high speed mixing machine according to ratio and craft.

2.Extruder:When the screws rotate in the cylinder,pushing the mixture materials tohead after plasticizing, achieving the purpose of compaction, melting, mixed refine homogenization, exhaust and dewatering.

3.Extrusion die head part: For materials compaction, melting, mixed refine homogenization, then there is follow-up materials pushing to the die head by screws.

4. Vacuum calibrating cooling machine: uses in the calibration and cooling of profiles. There installs vacuum system and water circulation system for calibrating and cooling.

5.The haul-off machine:take the cooled and hardened profiles out continuously andautomatically by frequency control of speed.

6.Cutting machine: automatic cutting according to the position switches and length control, delay turning the stacker, flowline production.

7. Stacker:The turn material movement of the stacker achieves by the cylinder through the gas path control.
