PET packing strap production line includes:

1)Automatic Charger: This machine is used to realize the airflow conveying of granulated resin by means of the technology of low vacuum, it can be used with a hopper dryer toautomatize dry material-suppling. It has the advantage of high efficiency, low noise and reliable performance.

2)Plastic Dryer: This machine can save energy by 27-65%. It can avoid a second wet of granulated plastics after drying when directly linking the material inlet of the molding machine. Great in drying ability, and it can increase projecting speed time. The quality of finished products can be improved.

3)Extruder: This series extruder is developed with German technology. Screw is separate type with mixing part. Barrel is grooved feed type with lengthened feeding part. It has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.

4)Mould: The mould shortens the injection cycle time, reduces the oil and power consumption. The mould is more safety and more environment-friendly, contributing to the directly increasing of the production efficiency by 20%.

5)Haul-off: The machine can be used for hauling and cutting of profiles and pipes.The haul-off units can be designed in double-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, etc. The claw has independent moving system and the clipping power is controlled by air pressure. The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.

6)Mold Cooler: This machine is mainly used for cooling plastic molds and oil tanks of infusion machine. Rapid cooling may greatly shorten work recycle time so that productivity and quality of plastic product can be increased. It has characteristics as high automation, compact structure, fine appearance, power saving and convenient using.

7)Winder: It adopts automatically winding. Adjusting winding speed and winding method. It has two disk for continuous winding. The machine structure is compact. Its automaticity is high, its appearance is beautiful and its operation is convenient.

8)Embossing Machine: This machine is equipped with high-precision feeding device, accompany with fan below the conveyer belt, and form feeding is smooth and reliable.
