b.Structure parts

1. The screw: It’s the crucial part to complete the material feeding and plasticizing, when it rotating in the machine barrel it cans plasticizing the powder plastic and push them to the die, then embankment ,molten,Refine Mixed.

2. The machine barrel:The machine barrel is a part which can contain the plastic and screw, the internal of its hole shaped like “∞”, it rubbed with the plastic and the screw directly.

3. The die connector :This part used to connect to the die, there is an electrical heater to connect with the die (refer to the drawing to know the detail).

4.  The drive installation:The driving system which under a special technical condition, make the screws evenly rotated by the given torsion moment,to complete the plasticizing and feeding.

5.  The gas exhaust system :For the sake of enhance the quality of the plastic products; there is a vent in the middle of the machine barrel, by the vacuum pump can draw out the lower molecular and the air,the water which mixed into the material.

6. The ration feeding device: Because of the material in the doublescrew extruding machine is feeding coercive, and the number of the raw material should be mate with the extruder output. When lack of the feeding material, can not only lead to low output but also affects the gas exhausting, but when the material is excessive, will add a big burden to the machine, the material will be overflow.

7. The machine truss

The truss is a steel component which is welded by steel panel and beam channel.
