1000kg/h PET Sheet Crushing recycling Washing machine Function:
This PET Sheet crushing, recycling and washing production line can easily wash and recycle waste PET Sheet flakes. Waste and dirty PET Sheet flakes can be treated step by step by this facility. It is special for washing PET Sheet flakes. We can help to attach equipment at the end of the washing line so that the completely dry flakes can be collected and packed directly after being washed.
The whole production line can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products.
Coordinating the production line with follow programmed work (granulating system), and it will make waste and dirty PET Sheet to be the PET granule material and in order to producing new PET Sheet.
After the this PET Sheet flakes crushing, recycling and washing production line, our company also offer the following production lines of PET Sheet granulating to make the waste and dirty PET Sheet be the new finished products.
The whole line includes:
1.Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the crusher by the crawler belt which is moved by inside scroll wheel.
2.Crusher: Crush the material.
3.Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the Hot washer to clean.
4.Hot Washer: If the Sheet is very dirty, like oil, sand, it must be use hot washer.
5.Screw Loader : Put the flakes into the High-speed Friction Washer to clean.
6.High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.
7.Floating Washer 1: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes more net and more white. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
8. Floating Washer 2: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes more net and more white. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
9.Dewatering: Rejection the water from the flakes, moisture content is less than 2%.
